1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Enter Manually
The App allows the user to enter the following information:
- Full name
- Business name
- Position/title
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical address
- Optional image uploads (e.g., business card, logo, photo)
This information is stored locally on your device unless you choose to sync it to Google Contacts.
1.2 Google Account Information (Only If You Sign In)
If you choose to use the “Sign in with Google” option, the App uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 to request permission to access your Google Contacts.
When signing in, Google provides:
- A temporary access token
- Basic Google account ID (not stored or shared)
No passwords are ever accessed or stored.
1.3 Stored Data
The App stores your contacts locally using LocalStorage on your browser.
This data remains on your device unless you:
- Clear your browser data
- Uninstall/stop using the application
- Export/delete contacts manually
We do not collect your data on any external server.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used only for:
- Managing your contact list within the App
- Optionally adding or updating those contacts in your Google Contacts if you check the “Sync with Google Contacts” box
- Exporting your data to CSV or JSON upon request
We do not:
- Sell your information
- Share your information with third parties
- Use your data for marketing
- Use your data for analytics or advertising
- Transfer your information to any server we control
3. Google API Services Disclosure
The App uses limited scopes from the Google People API (specifically the /auth/contacts scope) to:
- Create new Google contacts
- Update existing Google contacts
The App’s use of information received from the Google APIs adheres to:
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

We only access your Google Contacts when:
- You explicitly sign in, AND
- You enable the checkbox “Sync with Google Contacts”
We do not access any other Google account data.
You may revoke authorization at any time by visiting:

4. Local Storage & Data Retention
All contacts are stored locally in your browser’s LocalStorage.
No cloud storage is used.
You can delete your data by:
- Using the “Delete” button in the App
- Clearing browser data
- Uninstalling/ceasing use of the App
No copies of your contacts are stored by us.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your data with:
- Advertisers
- Analytics providers
- External databases
- Any third party whatsoever
The only third-party interaction occurs only when syncing with Google Contacts, and only through official Google APIs.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Security
While the App stores data only on your device, you are responsible for:
- Securing your device
- Protecting your browser profile
- Managing browser-level permissions and access
We do not store or manage any of your data on external servers.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.
